Prayer Warriors

And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Mark 11:22-24

Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Matthew 18:18

Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Warrior – Gold, 200 and more prayers

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

Ephesians 6:10-18

How to Pray

Always say your prayer first and then pray in tongues. It does not matter if you know what you are praying, God will know. The Holy Spirit knows what you need better than you do! Then end the prayer in “Jesus Name” and be confident the Holy Spirit prayed for what you “actually need”!

Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

Romans 8:26-27

Who do we pray to?

First and foremost we must pray in Jesus’ name, ending our prayer “in Jesus’ Christ’s name I pray, AMEN” or something similar.

For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus

               1 Timothy 2:5

Who is Christ?

If you have a question about who Jesus is and His authority – He is God. The Godhead consists of God (the Father), Jesus (the Word) and the Holy Ghost (the Spirit). The three are one in all. This may be hard to understand, but the concept is simple. Just like many things God has created that come in combinations of three – they are modeled after God. We are composed of the Spirit, Mind and Body – three in one.

Here is the simplest example to explain how three different states can be the same, yet different.

Water can be present in three separate states and still be water. It can be a liquid (water), a solid (ice) and a gas (steam) – yet in all cases it is still water.

For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

1 John 5:7 (KJV)

Jesus has all power from God. We are cleansed through His Sacrifice on the Cross. He came for your sins.

In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

Colossians 1:14-20

Essence of Prayer

Adoration/Praise, David praised God in prayer, song, word of mouth and meditation. God loved David because he truly worshipped God in innocence and truth. We should adore and love our Savior!

·        Psalm 104:1-4

·        1 Kings 8:22-24

·        Nehemiah 9:5-6

Communication, Prayer is a one-on-one dialogue between you and God. A personal and wonderful way to connect with God in love and truth. We should have a mind that meditates on God and a tongue that confesses God’s Goodness.

·        Philippians 4:6-7

·        James 5:16

Humility and Sincerity, God cares more about your heart than your eloquence. Fancy words or public displays aren't necessary. Pray authentically, humbly, and from the heart. In fact, we warned against vain displays of prayer. However, as we know, much prayer is done in public. The difference? Public prayers with a focus, praise and sincerity are needed. We almost always pray for healing, deliver people and do God’s Work with public prayer in groups of two or more prayer warriors.

And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him. After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

Matthew 6:5-8

Faith and Persistence, keep praying! You can believe and know that God hears you. God will answer your prayers if they are not amiss. However, God’s Answer is often not what we had in mind or expected. Do not give up. Continue to pray with faith and trust in God's timing. You can and should ask for your important need’s times over and over again.

·        Matthew 7:7-11

·        Mark 11:24

Content of Prayer, the Bible encourages praying for your needs, for others, and for God's Will to be done in your life. Do not be afraid to bring anything to God, from daily concerns to serious needs. Strive to ask for the right things.

·        Philippians 4:6

·        Matthew 6:9-13

Power of Prayer, the Bible tells us about the power of prayer! Prayer can bring comfort, guidance, healing and many other things. There is nothing that prayer cannot accomplish.

Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms. Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.

James 5:13-18

Where to Pray

Pray in solitude. If you have the space, build yourself a prayer closet, like on the movie “Prayer War”. Prayer is a private communication between you and God. This will be your most effective prayer method. A Prayer Warrior on your knees!

Matthew 6:5-8

Pray anywhere and everywhere. We should meditate on prayer and God daily. If it works better for you to go out in nature, God’s magnificent creation, and pray – go for it. Find the peaceful secluded locations where you can pray and be at one with God.

·        Mark 1:35

·        Luke 6:12

Pray in groups of two or more. There is great power in the agreement of saints unified gathered together!

Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

Matthew 18:18-20

Arm Yourselves!

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
